Refund Policy for Scented Soirée

At Scented Soirée, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you.

1. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been used, opened, or damaged. This includes items like bath bombs, bath salts, bath soaks, Chai Masala, & Detox Masala once they have been opened or used.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our customer service team at scentedsoiree14@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we approve your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your product. Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization.

  3. Return Shipping:
    You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your returned item arrives safely.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if the product is returned in used or damaged condition. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you. In such cases, we may require photos of the damaged or defective product to process your claim.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Final Sale Items

Any clearance, sale, or promotional items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please check product descriptions for specific terms.
